LGBT+ WATER POLO TOURNAMENTS

More than 20 teams compete worldwide in the Champagne Water Polo league. Well over 500 players from 9 different countries meet all around the world to play both in and out the water. 

  • European Champagne Tournament : Each year, around November 1st, all the European LGBT teams gather together in one pool to enjoy 1 or 2 days of intense water polo matches and a big closing party. We organized the tournament in Brussels in 2014, 2016, 2019, and 2022. The 2022 edition was to celebrate our 10-year anniversary.
     
  • Gay Games : We participated in the biggest event in Gay Sports and are proud winners of the BRONZE medal in Paris Gay Games X in 2018. Some of our players went to Mexico in 2023 to participate in the Gay Games XI in Guadalajara. We are looking forwards to the Gay Games XII in Valencia in 2026.
