A special rate is also available for students under 26 years old (100 €). If you register as a student, you will be asked to provide a valid student affiliation for the year 2024-2025. Failing to provide a valid student affiliation before the tournament will lead to an update of your registration to the normal rate.

Extras  and  +1

In addition to the tournament registration, you can buy your ticket to the brunch on Sunday 21 September (35€).

Coming to Brussels with a +1?

While you register, you can purchase extra tickets for your +1 to join you for the social events (the dinner, the party, the brunch).
There is no public cafeteria in/around the pool. If your +1 is coming to support you, make sure that they will not starve by ordering extra lunches for them.
Your +1 cannot order anything on their own so make sure you order what they need while registering.

MIXED TOURNAMENT - Levels  of  competition

For the first time in Brussels, we will have a mixed teams tournament meaning that the players from different clubs will play together in one team. However, our goal is for each participant to be able to play water polo at the level they feel confident. This means that you will be paired up and compete against people of the same level as you.

There will be four levels of competition:
  • Newbies: For beginners or players with a limited experience (18 months or less) and/or limited endurance. Slow pace and shorter games in a chill atmosphere.
  • Recreachill: for intermediate players who are at ease with the rules and the dynamic of the game. Some experience (1-3 years) but still on a learning curve. Moderate pace and endurance.
  • Recreacomp: for experienced and intermediate players (3-5 years) wishing to play in a competitive spirit yet in a recreational mindset. Also open to competitive veterans wishing to play at a slower pace.
  • Competitive: for experienced (5+ years) and enduring players wishing to play at a strong pace. Longer games, physically demanding.

When registering, you will be asked to select in which one of the four levels of competition you wish to take part. This information will be transmitted to your club leader for a check and confirm.
You will also be asked to provide your favourite position in the game (goalie or position as a field player).

In the registration form, we ask you to let us know about your dietary requirements.
We will try our best to accommodate them and we will let you know in case we can't.
